JOYOUS RAINBOW SAMPLER (First released June 2022)
New to embroidery or just fancy learning some new stitches? This joyous Rainbow decoration showcases 12 stitches plus a little bit of beadwork. Even if you are a pro stitcher I'm sure you will enjoy making this project. This rainbow sampler is 11 cm tall and is a revision of one I made right back at the start of the pandemic in 2019. I was just starting the Sewyeah Social Club and I made a limited edition kit of 20 that sold really quickly. I hadn't started selling download yet so this project has been hidden away till now!
It’s quite emotional reissuing this project as a download as it makes me think about how much we have all been through, and what this little community of Sewyeah Social Clubbers has become. This version has had a bit of a redesign (a bit like me - my hair is greyer) is slightly bigger (a bit like me - definitely around the waist) but it’s still strong, and bold and colourful, and I think every house should have one, to remember, to celebrate and to spread positivity.
The 12 stitches you will learn in the project are: Split backstitch, scallop stitch, stem stitch, seed stitch, chain stitch, star stitch, whipped backstitch, french knots, fly stitch, couching, looped backstitch adn blanket stitch. The download includes step by step photography and instructions, full size templates and illustrated stitch guides.

As they are hand-sewn there may be small bits that could be pulled off by little fingers. Please keep out of reach of unaccompanied children.
