Huxley the Hare craft kit (also know as Flower Meadow Huxley), a unique embroidery project using 100% wool felt. This 3D Huxley stands 20cm tall from his tail to the tips of his ears. The floral design and body pieces are hand screenprinted on to a cream coloured 100% wool felt making embroidering the flowers a joy. It's like colouring in but with thread! There's no fiddly design transfer methods, you can just start stitching. When you have finished, there is a clear dashed line to cut around for each body piece.
Huxley is a gorgeous project to work on over a few evenings, or whilst relaxing on holiday, the felt is soft and strong and you don't need a hoop to embroider it in, making it a great project for on the go. The kit is packaged in a slimline card envelope perfect for slipping in your hand luggage (did you know you can take small embroidery scissors on a plane?)
The kit includes a 16 page full colour booklet with photographic step by step instructions for making your Huxley. Illustrated stitch guides and more.
